Cosmic – Cosmic Encounter 2nd edition by Eon Games, 1978 (Lori Walls cover).  Eon Products first published Cosmic Encounter in 1977, and it was kept in print by West End Games, Games Workshop, Descartes, and others, and still is available today from Fantasy Flight Games.
